Respectful Conduct: All participants must behave respectfully towards each other and refrain from engaging in any behavior that may offend or harm others.

Responsibility for Belongings: Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings throughout the trip. The organizing company will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

Changes in Itinerary: The itinerary may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. The organizing company reserves the right to modify the itinerary accordingly for the safety and well-being of participants.

Cancellation Policy: Participants who cancel their booking within the last two days before departure will be subject to an 80% deduction on the total amount paid. However, if the trip is canceled before departure due to political issues or other unforeseen situations, participants will be refunded 80% of the total dues.

Medical Conditions: Participants with serious medical conditions are responsible for their own medical care during the trip. While basic first aid will be provided by the organizing company, participants are advised to bring any necessary medication and seek medical attention if needed.

Prohibited Items: Participants are prohibited from bringing any kind of explosive materials or weapons on the trip. Any participant found in possession of such items will be immediately removed from the trip.

Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions or natural disasters, the organizing company reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel the trip for the safety of participants.

Identification: All participants must carry a valid National Identity Card (NIC) with them during the trip.

Liability: The organizing company will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during the trip. Participants join the trip at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

Agreement to Terms: By booking a seat on the trip, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood all information provided by the organizing company.
